The Human Resources Department of the Marysville Public Schools District is responsible for managing all aspects of employee recruitment, retention, and support to ensure a high-quality workforce dedicated to student success.
This includes overseeing the hiring process, employee onboarding, contract management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and district policies. The HR department also handles professional development opportunities, employee evaluations, labor relations, and conflict resolution. Additionally, it fosters a positive, inclusive work environment, supports employee well-being, and ensures the district attracts and retains talented educators and staff committed to the district’s mission and goals.
